Pros

The mission is real to switch our world renewable energy! We are helping families most of them are very happy. Even with flaws and Bone heads in charge we are still better than most other solar companies. When we get it right we are tough to beat. Great job!...just not a career. Elon will eventually root out "the muck"

Cons

Biggest challenge is lack of leadership, the company does not value its employees like its should. Top-down philosophy, as with most corporations that grow too fast. The policy and procedure makers react instead of plan. As the leaders of the industry the tech is sub par. I have never seen so many I.T issues. Nepotism! Many employees hired and protected even when they are awful at their job. "The Muck" - aka the "Wolves of Wall Street"aka "The boiler room bros"...News flash!...Those guys all went to jail!

Pros

Flexible hours and consistently growing industry and environment that offers growth and business travel

Cons

Direct Sales. Full commission 10-99 nonindependent contractor with high volitility in mkt conditions. Most industry curves are self taught with at best- decent high mgt influence

Pros

The pay. Its decent. Could be way better. For all the abuse from the management and customers, its not worth it. the first months is the only good thing. After, youll see all the lies .

Cons

I understand there is a quota in sales. But the quotas in solarcity is just impossible now with all the restrictions. I would understand if solarcity can help everyone. But they cant. I honestly regret having this job. Working for In n out burger as a cook would be better pay and less of a hassle. They will make you feel special at first. Then they wont care. You are replaceable. You will even doubt your worth and this job position.
