Pros

Keep your skills fresh by talking with customers. Wait nine months to get paid $120 commission for 10 panels installed.

Cons

Complete chaos. Total upheaval. Disorganized. Mismanaged on all levels. Don't waste your time. Don't believe anything you see or hear.

Pros

The sales team is motivated to increase solar installs You will learn how to hustle They provide a Microsoft Surface for work You will gain experience in residential solar industry

Cons

This is Sales... There are possibilities to earn great commissions but you will not get paid to learn how. For every 8 leads avg is 1 close so you have to hustle every day. If you miss 5 closes in a month you're put on verbal notice with no Memory of previous month performance. There are zero commissions paid in a month until 5 closes are meet. After that hurtle, closes 1- 10 pay $100 a piece before tax. You will spend 40hrs a week standing in Home Depot or Best Buy talking to anyone walking into the store. Weekends are mandatory if you want a Fri,Sat, or Sun off you must submit vacation day request in advance. If you can live on $30k base salary before federal and state taxes & before medical insurance premiums you might be ok in this role. If not, this won't be for you. They will NOT negotiate starting salary.
