Pros
The motivation and the momentum is huge, however - many divisions are run by inexperienced hands. If they are not guided it is a setup for divisional failure, Upper management is busy with growing the footprint while the heads and hands of the divisions are way in over there heads. Rather than resolve the issue the arms are cut off and those at the hand suffer the loss.
Cons
Great company and the vision is enormous. Yet the eyes and the bearing of direction is sorely misguided by inexperience leadership.
