      Pros

      Great Company. Good pay. Work that makes you feel like you're making a difference.

      Cons

      If you're shy like me, its a slightly hostile work environment. Maybe it's a warehouse culture thing, but it can definitely be improved. Other than that, no complaints.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule bonus pay is good, when you have more than 15 surveys in a week. Great way to make money if the warehouse hasn't been in the area for more than 3 years.

      Cons

      Full 40 hour weeks are rare. Very rare to make bonus and hourly pay is sub par. Over management with safety and required documentation for safety.
