      Work life balance if your time management skills or on point, meaningful impact if your passion is renewable energy.

      Cons

      Important changes to all aspects of the business in short periods of time, at times it seems the company is just trying to figure out what works, and doesn't stick to a well thought out business strategy.

      Paid for what you produce. Largest solar provider in the country makes an easy sale for the right leads.

      Cons

      Door to door is a grind. Mentally you have to be prepared for long days and hard work. If you don't have the finances to carry you for the first few months and you are new to door to door it will be tough.
