      Pros

      Really. I have worked for solarcity for about three weeks now and love everything i see. the people are so welcoming and eager to help you. its very innovative, and we have the best story and cause. truly unique company, doing great things, helping the world. awesome pay and motivation. competitive. easy to use software. lots of support. no words to really describe the awesomeness of solar city.

      Cons

      i am a field energy specialist, and i don't really like having to work with another specialist at the store im at. enjoy a teamwork environment, but i feel like their just isnt enough leads to go around.

      Pros

      I Love SolarCity. I love the people. This company is changing the world! The leadership has an amazing vision, and the company has a great culture and goals. Great environment. You feel part of a movement. Everyone is responsive and committed to your success. Their motto is: "One Team, One Dream". And SolarCity speaks shows respect and adoration for it's customers!

      Cons

      Can't think of any one that stands out. The only con is that they are not in all 50 states, yet!

      Great company, poor lower level management in my case

      Pros

      Great company, great potential, good income IF you hit quota.

      Cons

      As a sales consultant you are expected to generate a very high number of self generated leads and unless you are an allstar you dont get many leads from FEA's. Corporate gives you 1 - 2 leads per week. Everything else is generated in The home Depot.
