      Company culture and the cafe.

      Cons

      Pay. Treatment by management. Hire and fire regularly. DO NOT come here if you're looking for a career. They make you work 7 days straight for weeks and if you cannot they put you down and bully you.

      People start with the hope of making a difference in the world, and work with like minded people.

      Cons

      The pros are a fantasy. Don't fall for the hype. This company doesn't care about people just numbers. They lose money because the employees are treated poorly. They churn and burn through employees. Such a waste of money training hundreds to keep maybe 2. They lie to you about growth and advancement. You are not a person, you are just a tool. If you don't meet quota or fill the metrics, you get an email and you're gone. Your manager has probably never managed people before. They have no clue on how to deal with people.
