      You have an opportunity to grow with a thriving company that desires to make a difference in people's lives worldwide. You get to meet awesome people, serve others, working hand in hand with team members while have a a good time.

      Cons

      Similar issues you may encounter in a construction work environment. You will be exposed to all weather conditions, rainy season can hinder being able to work. Just like any work place you can run across individuals with different work ethics, poor attitudes, motives in sharing the same position. But as Jesus says, love your enemies. Work hard and lead by example.
