No room for improvement. Even when you excel at your position they will promise you a promotion and never follow through on it. They will tell you to get more opps then complain when they aren't great. Very mixed signals from management that can not relate to the position due to being hired from the outside. Overall it's a good job but don't expect to be promoted. Also expect to be told to do different things from different bosses.
