      Pros

      Helping change the world fixing what we have broke for a better place for our kids kids future. Every panel we lay just makes this planet that much better.

      Cons

      Commercial installers we travel alot away from home way more then the 10 days on 4 days off we were told at the hiring. We work on huge jobs yet are completely under paid residential should not make more then us. If you think I'm joking just ask any residential installer what they make more to the tune of 50k to 120k a year and that's a installer 1-3.Yet commercial installers make no panel no bonus and no efficiency pay which is a complete joke as well. The promotion in commercial should all be looked at from the time with company to the value of work.

      The public lacks knowledge about solar and the importance of reducing reliance on fossil fuels. This makes it difficult to help potential customers understand why solar is important.
