Pros

The medical, dental, vision and other company benefits are very good. Benefits kick in after only thirty days which is awesome.

Cons

Low pay, commission levels are very low. Also if you leave the company for any reason you lose all of your pending commissions. Working seven days a week with no days off. The policies and rules are always changing and no one knows what is going on. Very poor communication. Corrupt sales people who will do whatever it takes to make the sale. Upper management turns a blind eye to employees who break company policy or who are involved in corrupt practices as long as they are meeting their sales quota. Sales leads are not distributed evenly, so new employees are at a serious disadvantage to their peers. Super high turn over rate here. No one I worked with has been with the company for more than two years.

Pros

Execs and managers are enthusiastic and passionate about the company and this energy trickles down to the rest of the employees. Everyone I've met is open, warm, friendly, and inclusive, and they all love what they do. A great deal of trust and creative freedom had been bestowed upon me, which was exactly what I wanted and needed from an employer. Leaders value suggestions and input from all employees and encourage ambition and innovation. Benefits are comprehensive and generous, pay is good, and growth opportunities are ample.

Cons

There was an orientation for new hires, which I was grateful for, but I felt like some essential things were missing from the whole process - setting up our workstations, making sure we had phone numbers/extensions, learning how to use the printers, just basic stuff like that. Only con I've experienced so far, and I was able to figure it all out eventually.
