      Pros

      Good Company that can quickly adjust to a fast paced and ever changing business.

      Cons

      This is a performance based company and I see a lot of friends get let go for not meeting performance standards.

      The salary was great at first until they added more work with no additional pay

      Cons

      The claim 1 team 1 dream but that only applies if it's in the best interest of the company. They recently fired over 20 people in November for bogus reasons so they didn't have to pay bonus so their bottom line looked good before the merger with Tesla.

      Pros

      cool co workers, your working in a very innovative company. Fun job, just don't expect to make a lot of money, cause you can make more at any other company.

      Cons

      salary, ha, it doesn't exist. you work on commission only. So, hopefully you don't have a mortgage or a family or your done.. But they'll spin its a great job. compensation worst of any solar company. your going to be under mind control, so be prepared. your watched, harped on, and your not getting paid. wow, nothing like not getting paid, and being humiliated. Would you honestly like that? worst position in this company by far, trying to convince people walking through the mall to go solar. heed my advice! and stay far, far away.
