Pros
Everyone you work with is great, hardworking, and knows how to do their job. People are willing to go out of their way to help you learn your job and all training is hands on. After a really short time you'll be on your own learning with people around you. It's a great place to work overall.
Cons
The time between promotions is long, your manager may tell you that you're up for a promotion and then several months later you're still there waiting and when you talk to your manager he just says you're next in line, give it time.
