      Bad salary system, the consultants does not see they first commission until 60 or 90 days, the management in the Houston office does not care of the people, high rotation is high for example new people is hire in one or two month the people left the company and new people is coming, the headquarter in California must be review that situation why the people in Houston left quickly the company, and the rotation is high, the problem is the management in the office is sad that this important company have a poor management in the Houston office.

      Pros

      Outside Sales. As long as your sold you had absolute freedom. The harder you worked the more money you can make. Some reps sold a ton, and some were lazy and didn't sell much.

      Cons

      Quite a few deal breakers. A lot of things out of your control could squash the sale. You have to be top notch to move up to manager.
