      Benefits, pay, company values, opportunities for growth, support, great location, mostly young people, fun atmostphere

      Training, lack of support, unreasonable work load, poor company follow-through, no desire for improvement of processes

      Pros

      Schedule is flexible as long as you can produce. Decent salary with a very nice scaling commission. You are helping the world one household at a time. Company is constantly coming up with new ways to do things.

      Cons

      Training is very minimalist (Here how you do it. Now go do it). Not much in the way of prep of things you need to get started. If you are not the outgoing type you will have a HARD time doing this as i requires that you reach out to other specialists and consultants just to make a schedule.

      Great pay, full benefits, employee ownership, feel like part of the team, growth opportunities, making a difference in the world and in peoples daily lives

      Cons

      Sales team goals are not the same on all levels, specialist goals don't transfer equally to consultant goals. Also because of rapid growth, there is constant change taking place
