      Pros

      Corporate Culture, Time freedom, Jobs for family and friends, Founder is a billionaire playboy who is also the worlds most recognized "Eco-philanthropist" with Tesla also in his list of companies. Future outlook on the company is extremely good and the market is booming. At the current moment of this review, we are adding a customer every 3 minutes.

      Cons

      Working in a market where their traditional literature and training doesn't apply some of my training was definitely on the job. The company is extremely well funded and has given us tens of thousands of dollars of software programs to use alone, but in my office I found many people didn't know of or how to use them. A problem that is seemingly an issue of my office not of offices in general as I meet more people.

      Pros

      We are paving the way to a better tomorrow, we work as a team and there is always room for growth.

      Cons

      The metrics driven mentality is not conducive for the best possible experience for both the customer and the employee. I have seen poor work and mediocrity rewarded on numerous occasions because of false numbers. The bonus structure incentivizes poor quality.

      Pros

      Very positive vibe, eclectic group of individuals coming together to form a Team Dynamic I haven't experienced for years in my last career. Leadership is very approachable at all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      Change is constant....if you can't wrap your head around change you will not thrive in this forward moving environment. Not a con in my opinion, but this is not a traditional company, and those people not willing to be forward thinking as we develop, refine, and grow will struggle.
