      Great company to work for. Amazing co-workers and support staff. Company's vision is meaningful.

      Cons

      Limited growth unless you are willing to relocate. For such a well known company, they pay their employees terrible.

      Pros

      Company attracts smart ,driven people who are committed to a great mission. Open office plan. Feel good knowing you work for a company that is providing a net positive to the environment.

      Cons

      Relative to the area, the benefits are a bit lacking: no matching on 401k, below-market salary compensation, and a lot of the small perks that were included last year are no longer included. Not a lot of room for growth, as management is brought in from outside.
