Pros

Used to be a great company to work for. Steady 40 hour weeks.

Cons

Stressful, not rewarding, no matter what you do it's never good enough. No positive reinforcement they only point out the negative. The bonus is a joke and constantly changing and has nothing to do with how hard you work but how well the company is doing. Software is constantly down, errors always occurring, customers canceling and redundant meetings that you're forced to go to even though this takes time away from working towards your goals and lowers your pay. They never give you a raise not even for cost of living. There is no room for advancement because it has nothing to do with how hard you work only favortism. Supervisors and management have no leadership skills, are underqualified and disorganized.

Pros

Benefits after 30 days, some good supervisors, schedule bids, bonus potential, some friendly team members, awards for hard work in the past.

Cons

Instability. Company's problems became employee's problems. Pressure for employees to get involved in the politics, literally, of it all. Such as P U C demonstrations, very stressful. No transparency leaving employees wondering if they should stay or go, nepotism, favoritism. While they will reward, they will distort the facts as to why one tries to amicably leave the company to pursue other ventures. Have observed long -term employees let go with no real reason from what was observed.
