Some really great people work here! Also, uncapped earning potential. Benefits are incredible.
Cons
no work-life balance. None. At. All. Unstable industry. Company lead by a buzz inventor; a lot of managers promoted too early/ without experience. we are paying for our past mistakes/ lack of care. Was good when the solar gold rush was rolling through this area, but be wary. Decent entry level sales experience, but don't expect to make all the money they promise you.
