      Pros

      Company and atmosphere laid back. Has a zappos kind of feel. You feel free to be who you are as long as you work hard.

      Cons

      Training for my position was minimal and not cohesive.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working with most of the people at SC. The company did a lot to reward employees, and the compensation was not too bad.

      Cons

      I would say that the only cons were that the work hours were quite long, and it was a bit scary going to stranger's homes during the late evening hours.

      Pros

      Great people. Great product. Management was very helpful and there are so many opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      There weren't really many cons with working here. Maybe the working hours were a bit strenuous if you were in management but aside from that it's a great environment.
