      Jobs get done fast teammates are really friendly makes you feel like family

      Cons

      Lowering the panel pay wasn't enough.now they giving us small jobs like 14 panels job this job normally takes 4 hours to do. Before I got here they promise me a different amount of panel pay, instead I got like $4 less than what they told me I was going to get... I am only working 20 hours a week thanks to the small jobs please fix this

      Not a good place to work if you want a life

      #1 in their market place.

      Cons

      No work - life balance. Expected to work seven days a week, 10 to 12 hours a day. The only important thing for management is numbers. I worked there ten months and did well with sales, but it wasn't enough. Young Regional Managers who use to be sales people, but don't belong in management because they have no true management experience. Cliquish environment. Constant revolving door of managers and employees.

      Pros

      Regardless that other competitors in the area were cheaper, it was still possible to save people some type of money.

      Cons

      The field manager's are a bunch of idiots that don't care about your personal life even though you are an independent contractor. If you give 3 months to build a pipeline, don't ask till the 4th month why numbers haven't come through.
