      Good money potential, doing good for the planet aspect and a forward progressive company outlook.

      Cons

      stressful to maintain quota, manage projects with little or no help.

      Only pros that I found are benefits and no micro management

      Cons

      Way too many Cons ... hard to meet quota , so it is a MYTH that you can make a lot of money here ... management makes you feel bad if you fall behind ... last minute meetings (even on your day off you have to attend) ... no extra pay for gas, right now Company is firing a lot of people again, they try to put one person instead of two, including upper management , full-time employees who don't get enough sales pushed to be part-time ... no marketing support!
