      Pros

      Sales position for motivated, self-starters. Independence, set your own schedule. Appearance of helpfulness with fellow team members.

      Cons

      Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Over saturation of information with no direction and poor training. Sink or swim. Numbers/quota game. Over-hyped to attract investors. Management has zero experience as actual managers. Overworked; expect to be available 24/7. You'll basically be working for minimum wage and you won't get commissions for months! Be warned!

      Pros

      Fun out in the field. Cool people on your team. 5 day work week/ 40 hours. Surface Pro Tablet for company use. Stay close to your home when in the field. Holiday pay.

      Cons

      Stressful unobtainable quotas which change monthly. Always working weekends. Micromanagers constantly looking over your shoulders and monitoring you via GPS. Huge hiring waves going on to replace the people they fire daily. They love to fire people. I quit.

      stock options and going green.

      Cons

      incompetent middle management. less meritocracy and more favoritism in getting promotions/raises. don't believe me, ask current and former employees on how people are promoted or given raises.
