Pros
It is absolutely refreshing to work for a company that is here to literally make the world a better place. There is so much diversity because the company is growing exponentially and needs self-starters who can get the job done. So many different minds and backgrounds make this a great environment. And the culture is so much fun and amazing!!!
Cons
In addition to being a positive, the company growth can also be a negative. There's really no direction or training. There's no time for it. So you have to be comfortable with going with the flow and just getting the job done.
