Business Outlook
Pros
Fun highly competitive working environment. Brand new HQ in the Roseville/Sacramento area. No one has a personal office. Everyones separated into groups working with their assigned team. Commission is based on successful number of contracts signed. Also receive commission if I am able to recruit others that would positively benefit the company.
Cons
A lot of distractions. Workers riding scooters to and from places. Workers playing with nerf guns. Playing loud music at a personal desk. If you dont make enough sales they will get rid of you after the first month without a blink of an eye. Not very much instruction on how to do things you need to figure it out from day one.
