      So much room for opportunity and growth in this company. Love working for a company who shares a passion for the environment and making work FUN!

      Cons

      Lot's of change. If you can handle new process chnages daily/weekly, it's easy to adapt.

      Pros

      I've been working at SolarCity now, and I've been completely satisfied with my experience so far. I was coming in to the company completely new to the solar industry, and I've got to say that is a LOT of things to learn. I love coming to work knowing that I'm actually making a difference in the world. 1. Friendly work environment 2. Good Training 3. Free snacks and soda 4. Good hours

      Cons

      I really haven't had much as far as cons. The only thing that I can think of as of right now is that my desk is smaller than at my previous employer, but that's really nothing. That's how awesome this company is.

      Pros

      High growth, great opportunity for advancement, excellent culture. Fast-paced environment working with smart, dedicated people. Very little internal politics, most are just focused on getting the job done. Competitive pay, with many positions having considerable upside based on performance.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a "Con" for many, but this is a rapidly growing and evolving organization where change is a given and constant. If you require a stable, serene work place with little change, then there are probably better places to look for employment.
