Pros

Great company to work for with a purpose and cause to help others, as well as help change the environment with clean energy. Amazing opportunities to grow and advance with in company. Full time, with full benefits, vacation pay,401K,as well stock ops. Management goes above and beyond to make sure all employees receive the best training in order to prepare for success! Best company I have worked for!:-)

Cons

Full benefits, great management leadership ,awesome work environment in a fun, yet professional mannerism. Company goals that lead to fantastic rewards. Challenging, and fulfilling job!

Pros

Execs and managers are enthusiastic and passionate about the company and this energy trickles down to the rest of the employees. Everyone I've met is open, warm, friendly, and inclusive, and they all love what they do. A great deal of trust and creative freedom had been bestowed upon me, which was exactly what I wanted and needed from an employer. Leaders value suggestions and input from all employees and encourage ambition and innovation. Benefits are comprehensive and generous, pay is good, and growth opportunities are ample.

Cons

There was an orientation for new hires, which I was grateful for, but I felt like some essential things were missing from the whole process - setting up our workstations, making sure we had phone numbers/extensions, learning how to use the printers, just basic stuff like that. Only con I've experienced so far, and I was able to figure it all out eventually.

Pros

The biggest pro is how you feel outside of work. I go home and share with my friends and family that I not only get to help homeowners across the United States to save money, I also get to help eliminate their carbon footprints each and every day.

Cons

What cons...? Since I have to write something, I will comment on the challenging learning curve. I've seen it be tough to get the hang of at first, but because you are proctored and nurtured from the moment you are hired, through training, onto the floor - it's super easy stuff.
