      Pros

      Great company with huge growth potential. Extensive training program.

      Cons

      Growing too big too fast. Cannot properly keep up with the customers as fast as they come. 3-6 months from sale until install of solar system. Checks don't clear regularly. Too much change too often. They're constantly trying new things and making major changes that often confuse the employees and customers. Management can't even keep up with the changes.

      Pros

      Definitely being able to work out of an office and be self motivated to challenge myself on achieving personal growth and the benefit of the company that I work for; SolarCity, is the place to be for those that are seeking to grow up professionally and financially speaking as it is for those like me wanting to share the good news of clean and affordable energy provider.

      Cons

      This is a real JOB !!! and it takes total and full attention to details ...otherwise anyone could feel lost and frustrated if not mentally prepared and wanting to use all the tools provided by the company.

      Pros

      Not Sure..... you use your own phone, ipad, car, and whatever else is needed to do the job. Some teams do get company issued equipment I think. My peers all use their own tools.

      Cons

      When you see board members dumping/selling a large amount of their stock, you know something is up. Numbers speak and tell the true story of the company. Before believing the hype, look at the stock reports, and the balance sheet of the company. I know for next time to review the numbers before believing the stories that are told to me. Facts and numbers currently contradict what we are internally told.
