      Pros

      Great name, good benefits, high income potential, practically zero micromanagement.

      Cons

      Training could be better. The sales cycle is incredibly long and involves quite a few steps and mastery of many different systems. The training on barely scratches the surface on everything you need to know and do to be successful at this job.

      You know the Elon vision, and it's one we can all get behind.

      Cons

      Solar City is poorly managed at best, and at worst generates a hostile work environment. Every position is under paid under the guise of the holy mission the company endeavors towards. Solar City claims bonus revenue and the rest. Unless you have it in writing, you will never see it. Including the "stock options" which they still haven't paid up on.
