      Pros

      This is an amazing company. I work in the Baltimore hunt valley office and our team Is amazing. Our ROM is very dedicated to the safety and satisfaction of his employees, I am beyond grateful to have this job.

      Cons

      Some challenges would be initially getting used to the install process, but it is like riding a bike once you pick it up. Some may also struggle with the need to travel and such, so this may be an issue.

      Pros

      Fast growth and high turnover mean lots of opportunities for advancement. Some great co-workers who are really talented. Exciting environment with innovative programs.

      Cons

      Full speed ahead mentality means you're often operating without all of the systems or data you need to e producing ideal outcomes. Management makes rash decisions that aren't fully examined, lead to surprise problems. Attitude is often that you just have to produce no matter what - easy to be make a culture of goal achieving into an excuse to push people too hard.

      Outstanding training for using Salesforce. Great balance of independence and interdependence. Fast paced, dynamic environment that rewards hard workers.

      Cons

      The Field Energy Specialist position is not for people with thin skin. Get ready to work hard from day one. If you consider that a "con" then I wouldn't recommend applying.
