Business Outlook
Pros
SolarCity has a culture geared towards its sales and operations and career opportunities exist moreso in those business functions. SolarCity strives for the best out of it's employees. While not always at corporate, I know this attitude and career expectations extend to its corporate employees as well. Working for a socially responsible, dynamic organization certainly has its rewards.
Cons
Some mistakes are made doubling output every 12 months and there are plenty of growing pains. But none of this has stopped SolarCity.
