      Pros

      This is the most encouraging and positive environment I have ever worked in! My coworkers and supervisor (all of the supervisors, actually) are all supportive and knowledgeable. We are constantly given feedback-supervisors listening to calls, weekly/biweekly 1 on 1s, and daily updates. I genuinely enjoy coming in to work every day. There are plenty of opportunities for overtime, and there is ALWAYS something to do. The corporate culture is fun and exciting. The enthusiasm is contagious, but not annoying. The free food and drinks are also a plus. Every time a friend complains about their job, I tell them to apply at SolarCity!

      Cons

      This is not a con for me, but definitely a warning. We are growing so quickly, so the ability to adapt and roll with the punches is a MUST.

      Freedom, Pay, Benefits, Stocks, great people.

      Cons

      Fast growing so things change quickly. if you don't like that and cant keep up if may be too fast pace. The company is constantly changing things for the better and updating things.
