      Pros

      The company pays really well, if you are looking for a temporary job it's great. I came aboard in the outside sales team, I have a flexible schedule and I the job is easy at times.

      Cons

      There is no consistency or structure, success rate is low and the pressure is high. They rarely promote from within there is a very low level of respect from CEO Dave brown to his employees. Overall I would say if you are intelligent, career driven, and over the age of 29 this is not the place for you.
