      Pros

      Working for solar city has been a great experience I appreciate the hard work of management the sales to keep that Installer jobs slowing rapidly

      Cons

      Sometimes it can't be hard working for independent company when they're hiring a lot of more people and they're cutting back on pay

      Pros

      Amazing opportunity for growth. Bring results and you will be rewarded. I've been with the company for a year and have been promoted twice. Awesome company culture. We function like a start up. We're always changing for the better and adjusting as we go. Whatever it takes to bring back control for homeowners when it comes to their electricity.

      Cons

      With constant change means a lot of having to adapt to new ways of process. Anyone who keeps an open mind and stays positive will flourish. Anyone who's not as comfortable with change willmost likely not be a good fit for the company.

      Pros

      Working with motivated people who have an overall positive outlook. Driven, goal oriented coworkers who are team players and help each other out. Some of the best leadership I have ever seen in my life. Everyone from my co workers to Lyndon Rive himself are amazing!!
