      Team mentality in a fun environment. Sure it's hard, hot work and there are often long hours but there is an underlying positive energy at this company. Great benefits.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Lots of opportunities for advancement. Quick paced, good pay, lots of good people to learn from. I am happy that I was a part of this company for the time that I was.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance has major room for improvement here. Too many weekends and long days. Being a single mom, I had a very hard time giving my all to my family and to the company.
