      Pros

      Progressive company & solar is the "wave of the future."

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast that they have no time to train their new employees and wind up practicing in real time with real customers. Many customers have a poor customer experience due to a lack of proper communication between departments. Too many employees work extra, hard hours.

      Pros

      Everyone I have met and spoke with are dedicated and committed to helping people with a better choice in solar energy. Very positive, upbeat and proactive management and employees. Compensation and benefits are great as well.

      Hard to keep up with the quickly changing and growing technology in the solar energy industry.

      Pros

      Solar City has been hands down my favorite place to work. They treat you with respect and listen to your input. The working environment is very fast paced. It keeps challenging me day in and day out. I can take off the time I need for vacation or appointments. Upper management is very approachable with any compliments or concerns I might have. Looking forward to the future with this company!

      Cons

      There are days where I put in a lot of work hours. Some sleepless nights thinking of the next day. The pay could be a little bit better with the responsibilities I have.
