      Pros

      At SolarCity, we work with the highest caliber of individuals out there. My colleagues are great to work with and learn from. We are all working toward the same goal and feel that we are one big team. I've never had so much fun, nor fet so fulfilled, working as hard as we do. If you can get a job offer with SolarCity, I'd highly recommend that you accept it. I hope to work with this amazing company for another 15-20 years.

      Cons

      50 - 55 hour work week is standard. Lots of work to be done! I don't necessarily view this as a con, but it can be tougher to balance work and family.

      Pros

      This company has a high standard of ethics toward employees. The benefits are amazing! Paid time off! 12 weeks maternity! Stock options! I have been sent to Vegas twice! Once for training and once for an award show that everyone in the entire company got to attend, not just the top producers. They treated us all like we were all top producers that night! There is so much potential for growth within the company. I love that they do not micromanage! They hired me to do a job and they trust that I will do what I was hired too! The sales crew fosters a team environment everyone is here to help each other to succeed and I love it!

      Cons

      I work hard! Like real hard! Like sometimes 12 -13 hours in a day out of the house - and then there is the stuff that should be done at home. Granted it is by choice and is not required but that is what I have found is neccessary to do exceed quota.

      Pros

      As an FES, I enjoy being able to talk to new people every day and having some freedom over my tasks. I feel solar energy is the way of the future and I'm excited to be a part of that. Hours are not rediculous and the compensation is more than fair. I'm also very pleased with the benefits package

      Cons

      Only con I have that is not to big a deal, is that they do not match your 401k contributions, but maybe that can change in the future
