      Pros

      The people here are very friendly, respectful and intelligent. The work is interesting and stays challenging. I really like working for a company that I believe in with respect to its overall goals to improve the quality of the environment on the planet and making solar energy production more mainstream. Everyone on my team is goal oriented but also very helpful when I need answers to questions.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any cons yet. Its all been very positive.

      Pros

      *very good work-life balance *Lots of training and accesibility to info *Great at communicating company values and goals * great compensation *stock options that are very lucrative *Young, Fun company

      Cons

      Not really a con to me but for some people it is hard to adapt to the rapid growth and change. Also hard for some people to keep themself on task since no one is watching over your shoulder and micro managing you.

      little mobility, menial work, repetitious efforts, management not always considerate of your efforts beyond your job, etc, etc, etc, etc
