      Company is growing incredibly fast, so much room for career growth; great positive energy (pun intended); company priorities and measures are heavily driven by data and metrics.

      The company sometimes changes direction when it thinks that's necessary, so it's important to be able to handle changing circumstances, projects and priorities.

      Interview process was super fast! Everyone was really nice and helpful through the interview process.

      Cons

      Haven't started yet- we shall see. Seems like a great place so far. I was a bit disappointed I got the lower position than I would have liked, but I'll take it.
