      They Make you feel welcome, all of your peers make themselves available to help you out !! The company cares about your welfare !!

      Amazing Executive Team/Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      First of all, compensation is one of the best around. Benefits are ok, a little expensive but not horrible either. The culture of the company is, hands down, the best I've ever been apart of. You spend 1/3 of your life at work, you should love the people you work with and the people you work for.

      Cons

      Parking situation at HQ is really bad. $100 to park in the parking lot right in front of the building OR park a mile away and spend 20-25 minutes waiting/riding the shuttle to your car. Training to go into management, isn't the greatest. This results in managers that aren't ready to be managers or have no idea how to manage people. Work/Life balance can sometimes take a backseat. There's a ton of work to do that needs to be done yesterday.

      Pros

      None anymore, it's all take and no give, raises are few and far between and there are many guys who are more than deserving

      Cons

      The scheduling has gone to hell, meaning your days off are apart. No more work incentives and now we're being told we have to work Sundays or we lose our job. The company no longer cares for the family man, we are just a number and a dollar sign.
