      Pros

      As soon as you walk in every morning, you feel the energy. It hits you in the face like a mac truck. The energy is positive and flows throughout the day. With an upbeat competitive atmosphere that feels both modern and business casual. Working at your own pace is no issue. With this being said, the job itself is easy. If you can have fun speaking to anyone, this is the job for you. PLus you get free hot chocolate.... as much as you want..... everyday... all day!

      Cons

      The parking is forever away, but come on. This is a green company. You should be carpooling, riding the bus, or biking in anyway!

      Pros

      If you show the capability to handle complex responsibilities and tasks, then SolarCity will absolutely put you in the position to take those challenges on. It is a great place to gain experience in a fast developing industry. You really are on the forefront of the solar industry at this company.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the quality of the employee necessary to perform at a high level at SolarCity. Typically it is up to the employee to prompt management about any increase in pay rather than a planned growth in salary over time. Often times SolarCity is reactive in their hiring process, waiting until resources are strapped in a department before hiring more, putting stress on existing hires when a training program is needed.

      Very active and fast paced work place, great people and management style, great training and support for employees. Lots of extras, this place is amazing.
