great training, great benefits, BONUSES offered, over time offered people have said the salaries are low, but they give you opportunities to bonus every month, they offer over time, and there is room for real growth in the company....get your foot in the door and the rest is up to you how much you want to earn!

SolarCity is an energy movement that utility companies like Southern California Edison do not understand. The people at SolarCity are driven because we have a clear vision and mission. Here at SolarCity, the quality of employees is determined by one's positive performance and not clouded or poisoned by bureaucracy nor foolish management.

Cons

I'm certain all benefits will improve as the comany expands and excels.

Clean Energy, at a discount, with an industry best product guarantee. What else could you ask for in a company? That's just from a consumer standpoint. From an employee standpoint, it's just as great. Performance-based pay, excellent benefits, atmosphere focused on teamwork, caring, inspirational, motivational management, employee discounts, etc.

Cons

Be ready. Every day brings new changes. Young company experiencing rapid growth and surge in popularity. Technological advances and game-changing business model disrupting century-old way of life. Be ready for the ride of your life. Personally, I love the adrenaline rush
