      Pros

      I have been lucky to have a number of "dream Jobs" form Working in the Harley shop, owning a Pet Store and running a live prime time studio camera for CNN in Hollywood. I think I like SolarCity best of all. Everyone here works as a team, and we have the best product and tools to work with.

      Pros

      Everyone is learning and experiencing new things together. It is a great family here at SolarCity, teamwork is everything. Everyone working together with a positive mind set is only helping the company achieve above and beyond!

      Cons

      The company has grown so quickly that some of the processes have been left behind and we need to remember everything matters, even the little stuff. There is lots of change right now but I believe we will come out on top!

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, company provided leads, company car, great commission pay plus bonuses and stock options. Management listens and cares.

      Cons

      Growing pains. As company grows, a lot of changes are made to accommodate, including new hires and constant changes in processes. Sometimes the changes help, sometimes they backfire or make things worse. But, they are always reviewing any changes to make sure and adjust accordingly.
