      Pros

      SolarCity takes the time to teach, train and involve workers on a daily basis. My experience here has been an exciting, nerve shaking, learning and electrifying one.

      Cons

      Like I said, growing pains. And not so much in a bad way. They are many opportunities here because we are short on personel but that just opens up opportunity for advancement.

      Great partners, well educated and extremely professional. Number 1 priority is to offer the best services to our customers. Top notch executive team who are very connected and involved at all levels. Superior innovations along with the most competitive programs in the industry. Very agressive pay rate and limitless earning potential.

      I can honestly say I have not found any cons up to this point.

      Pros

      It is such a privilege to work for a company that cares so much about everyone from customers to employees. It still doesn't feel like a job because I love what I do so much. I am encouraged daily to bring the best out of others and continuously hire people that deserve this great opportunity.

      Cons

      There sincerely are none. This is by far the most fulfilling career I could have ever dreamed of.
