Pros

Full of passionate people with a purpose and mission. At least everyone feels that they are "doing good" while receiving a paycheck. The executive leadership is amazing; every national sales call is a weekly motivation and best practices call to action. The leadership at this company truly strives to make a difference in this world and it is apparent in every aspect of the company.

Cons

Regional differences can be great. There are people making a lot of commission, over six figures even $200,000+ in areas for top consultants in which people love solar and have great need for it, and there are people making a lot less commission of around $60,000 including base pay in areas with low electricity need with milder temperatures, such as certain parts of the Bay Area in California. Along with high living costs in the Bay Area, the impact is huge and some people don't make enough to justify the work.

Pros

They give you company car, internet and laptop and start you at $30,000 salary plus commission

Cons

Management is a joke!!! rude and disrespectful, cussing all the time like its not a big deal, don't care about their employees unless you got hired as part of the referral program, then you get promoted even if you have no idea how to do even your current job. They don't give you time to learn and adjust,if you don't hit your quota 2 month you are gone! They make it seem like its a great place to work and you are part of making this planet better place but thats not true!!! All they care is numbers, they want you to close everything, not ethical.they will tell you you can make 100k easy and you will realistically make about 45k. it takes 3-4 month to get paid, 40% of your jobs will get canceled!! Think twice before join this company!!!!

Pros

Friendly work culture and plenty of exciting work to do to show your potential.

Cons

No training at headquarters, inadequate training with co-workers that gave preferences on how they think jobs should be done and no performance review conversations with management to see how I was doing. Additionally, I was the given a bad laptop to use for over a month that couldn't use AutoCAD and needed to be re-imaged by IT service, which put me at a significant disadvantage on showing my potential to the company.
