      Pros

      Coworkers are great and try to help eachother as much as possible.

      Cons

      Very low pay, They will inflate your potential earnings at your interview and they will change your commission structure and pay you less the longer you are there. They will set quota goals that are barely reachable and will put you on Probation (PIP) if your sales are low. Keep in mind as a marketing representative (field energy advisor) you will be held responsible if the sales people cannot close the opportunities (appointments you set) you give to them. You will see a higher turn over rate than your local fast food restaurant.

      Great management, amazing co-workers, multiple incentives and resources to help us help people save money! I am so happy! It is such a relief to work for this revolutionary company!

      Cons

      The biggest downfall is I never want to go home from work!
