      Growing company with a lot of opportunity

      Pros

      So much opportuny to learn and grow. It is a lot of hard work, but the company supports a fun work environment with monthly events and get togethers. So it is a nice balance.

      Cons

      Because it is a fairly young compnay and it is growing so fast there are a few growing pains. But the management team recognizes this and attempts to correct things quickly.

      Pros

      As an FES, I enjoy being able to talk to new people every day and having some freedom over my tasks. I feel solar energy is the way of the future and I'm excited to be a part of that. Hours are not rediculous and the compensation is more than fair. I'm also very pleased with the benefits package

      Cons

      Only con I have that is not to big a deal, is that they do not match your 401k contributions, but maybe that can change in the future
