Pros
SolarCity has huge brand recognition and placement because of its many relationships with major multi-national companies, like Ebay, Google, Honda, Walmart, The Home Depot, and more. This allows for credibility and trust from customers that you just rarely get in service companies. SolarCity has positioned themselves well, and continues to amaze by recieving prestigious customer service awards, and being dubbed as ranked #10 out of the 50 most innovative companies in the world by FastCompany magazine. I am so excited to see where my company will be in 10 years!
Cons
There really aren't any cons that would keep me from going through the hiring process if I had to do it all over again. If anything, the company is still young and growing, so if you don't like change, then I would consider that a con, but the change and growth for me are part of what makes worlking here so exciting.
