      Pros

      No matter what your job is here at SolarCity, we make each individual feel important and valued. Every member here is friendly and willing to help each other out. Employees work together to make this company successful and we have a strong sense of community. With this flexible and open-minded workplace, this company is an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      This company is growing rapidly, doubling every year. The amount of work that we have can be more stressful than one would expect.

      Pros

      I stay with this company not for the pay but because it offers the public a way out of the utility monopoly with clean renewable evergy.

      Cons

      There is alot of secretism that occurs in all aspects of the comany whether it's pay, changes in the field of position but worst of all since the co. went public they are cutting employees pay left and right.
