Pros

A lot of independence, and ability to build your own book of business. If you are lucky enough to get put under a good RSM then you can really make some money. If you can get into the Fresno CA market, they have some top notch leadership there!!!

Cons

Inconsistent message, contradicting goal setting, and recognition for great performance is seen as more of a threat to upper management than a valuable asset. The main issue as we saw in the Nevada market is that your future is not within your control the legislation of a given state can wipe your job out from under you. The operation in Nevada was let go of three days before christmas, only because of the decisions of the state government.

Pros

You get to work with your hands and work outdoors, and it can be fun with good crew mates. It's also pretty good pay for a starting position in this field of work when "panel pay" bonuses are considered

Cons

Physically demanding job. You will have really early mornings and a lot of time they may last well past 5:00 making it hard to get things done outside of work

Pros

1.-Excellent training (If you are willing to learn) 2.-Great people 3.-free t shirts?

Cons

1.-This is what I don't get about this company, they will spend a lot of money training you but as any other employee you'll realize that they won't pay you more and you'll just end up doing more and more until you leave and another company will get a well trained guy lol. 2.-Long hours 3.-Lies and lies to try to keep you happy. 4.-Awful communication between departments resulting in a lot of wasted time yup your time. 5.-You'll have to drive your car and they won't pay a cent. 6.-Won't get a raise even if you're the best until your office hits a magical unreachable number bringing motivation down.
